• Register the service request for the Hitachi Air-conditioner
• Register any breakdown request or demonstration request for any HHLI products.
Below are the reasons for seeking various permissions while installing the app. We do not save any of this information on our systems.
• Storage: We save some data locally on your phone to avoid frequent access of network. This also helps the app launch faster.
• SD Card access: in case, you choose to move the application to the SD card to save phone memory, this helps us to run the application from the SD card also.

• The app can be used by HHLI customer & Dealer only (not available for B2B customers)
• Purchase of the application is free however download charges do apply for downloading from the Google Play
• Data charges apply for the app usage and are based on your plan rates
• If you use the app abroad, standard international charges will apply
